What information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, email address and phone number.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry and for follow-up about new construction homes and Ontario's Enhanced New Housing Rebate. We will not contact you for unrelated purposes.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a private CRM used only by Liam Cope, Broker, at NuVista Pinnacle Realty. Your name, email and phone number are not sold, rented or shared with third parties. See the section on cookies below for how advertising tools may separately collect behavioural data.

Cookies and advertising tracking

This site uses tracking technologies from Meta (Facebook) and Google to measure how visitors interact with the site and to help show relevant ads on those platforms. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. Information collected may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited and actions taken on this site. How to request deletion

To have your information removed, email liam@newhomesrebate.ca with the subject line "Delete my information." We will confirm deletion within five business days.
